Foggy Window Repair
Foggy windows reduce the r-value (insulation values) of your windows allowing heat to get out in the winter, and your air conditioning to get out in the summer. This can be caused by many different sources. However, there is a solution without the need for total window replacement.
The glass portion of your window can be changed and a new insulated unit can be installed making your window clear again. Our glass tech(s) will come in to measure the space thoroughly and we will order the new insulated unit.
Depending on their makeup, insulated units can take a few days to a few weeks to receive. Once received, we will call you to book an install date that is convenient for you. Installation typically (for one window repairs) is approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Windows & patio doors get foggy when the seal between the two panes of glass is broken in some way, allowing moisture inside the window
